Full Job Description
Prepare all of Chinese ingredient from raw material to semi ready ingredient, and to cook
those raw or semi-ready ingredient to cold and hot ready to serve Chinese dishes.
Monitor and control the quality of own section food production.
Comply with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Contribute to own section staff development by means of supervising, motivating and
training.
Responsible for own section stock taking, ordering and costing.
Maintain kitchen equipment and take care of waste.
Work with senior chef to organize banquets, parties and other events.
Suitable candidates should have minimum 2-3 years relevant cuisine experience and working
level English language communication skill as well.
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Immediate start.

We are fast growth Chinese restaurant group, searching for friendly Waiters or Waitress who has
some previous experience or would like to learn, if you are a team player, positive, and
hardworking individual, have a big smile, a can-do attitude, and want to be part of a big family,
then we are looking for you.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the
menus.
Taking customers’ orders for food and drinks.
Delivering food and drinks at the tables
Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments.
Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu
changes and menu specials.

Assist the store manager to do all kinds of work, be responsible and report to the store manager.
Responsible for the post business training of restaurant waiters, supervise and urge all positions
in the restaurant, and do a good job in training in a planned way to improve the professional
quality of all employees.
Responsible for supervising the discipline of the front office and chefs and improving
management efficiency.
Check the control of low-value consumables and the damage and loss of various appliances, and
strive to minimize the cost of various consumables.
Develop a good customer relationship, meet the reasonable needs of customers, and handle
difficult customer complaints from subordinates.
