YEYE's Beef Noodle

        Our beef noodle is based on the dish “Sichuan beef noodle soup”. However we made some modifications to make it more relatable for UK customers. Our beef is often stewed with the broth and simmered for hours. Our experienced chefs also let the stock simmer for long periods with bone marrow; it will cook the beef stock for over 24 hours. We keep on using handmade noodle all the time in order to provide high standard taste and experience.  

Grilled Juicy Pork Dumpling

         Our juicy dumplings are filled with semi-fermented bread that is pan-fried in oil, sprayed with water several times and then cooked. Its bottom is golden yellow, fragrant and crisp, the body of the steamed bun is white, soft and loose, the meat filling is tender and slightly marinated, and there is the aroma of sesame or green onion when chewing. This dish is best eaten hot.
